About this product
This TaylorMade (listed under Adams brand) New Idea Package Set is a right-handed men's 10-piece set with uniflex graphite shafts, titanium driver, and includes clubs, bag, and headcovers. The driver has a 10-degree loft. It comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty and weighs 14 pounds. At $1,072.99, it's a premium package set aimed at intermediate players.
Our take
This package set feels like a step up from entry-level offerings. The titanium driver, uniflex shafts, and included bag and headcovers suggest a more complete, quality build. However, the price is steep for a set that doesn't specify the exact club makeup—you're paying for the brand and convenience. The uniflex shaft is a compromise, not ideal for either slow or fast swingers. If you want a one-stop shop with decent hardware, it works, but you might piece together a better set for less.
